The bible tells us that Jesus told the pharisees that if his followers did not praise him that the rocks would cry out. I believe that worshiping God has nothing to do with His intelligence and everything to do with us. I definitely believe that praise should be decent and in order and it is never out of control...if that is what you mean by "crazy praise." True praise is always under the control of the Holy Spirit.
